✅ No exceptions - this protects both you and us  
✅ Storage fees apply - $50/day if final payment is delayed beyond 7 days of completion notice

Non-Refundable Payment Policy

48-Hour Cancellation Window:

After 48 Hours:

Late Payment & Storage Fees

- Storage fees: $50 per day

- Fees continue daily until full payment received
- Storage fees must be paid in addition to final balance

If payment not received within 30 days:

- All previous payments are forfeited (non-refundable)
- All accrued storage fees remain due and payable

Q: Can I switch payment plans after ordering?

Q: When do I pay the balance?  
A: For split and four-payment plans, final payment is due when your chamber completes manufacturing (approximately 30-50 days depending on model). We'll notify you when it's ready to ship.

Q: What if I can't make the final payment on time? 
A: Contact us immediately if you need an extension. You have a 7-day grace period. After that, storage fees of $50/day apply. After 30 days, your order may be cancelled and all payments are forfeited.

Q: Are payments refundable?  
A: You can cancel within 48 hours of ordering for a full refund. After 48 hours, all payments are non-refundable as manufacturing begins immediately.

Q: Can I pay early?  
A: Yes! You can pay your balance any time before the due date. Just contact us to arrange early payment.

60-Month Financing

Q: How does financing work? 
A: Click "Apply for Financing" on any product page. You'll complete a 60-second application through APPROVE. Multiple lenders will compete for your business, and you choose the best offer. Once approved, the lender pays us in full, and you make monthly payments to them.

Q: What credit score do I need?  
A: APPROVE works with multiple lenders who have different requirements. Many customers with fair credit are approved. Apply to see your options - it only takes 60 seconds.

Q: How much does financing cost? 
A: Interest rates vary by lender and your creditworthiness. Typically, 60-month financing adds $5,000-$10,000 in interest charges. Your total cost will be $30,000-$35,000 for a $25,000 chamber.

Q: Is this business or personal financing?  
A: Business financing through APPROVE. Sole proprietors and individuals operating wellness businesses typically qualify.

Q: How long does approval take?* 
A: Most applications receive instant decisions. Some may require additional documentation and take 1-2 business days.

Q: Do I work with LongevityON or the lender?  
A: After approval, you work directly with the lender for monthly payments. We handle the chamber order and delivery. The lender pays us in full upfront.

Q: How do I pay by wire transfer?  
A: Contact us after placing your order. We'll send detailed wire instructions including our bank information and reference number.

Q: Do you accept personal checks?  
A: Yes, we accept personal and business checks. Manufacturing begins once check clears (typically 5-7 business days).

Q: Are there fees for wire transfers?  
A: Your bank may charge a wire transfer fee (typically $15-30). We do not charge any additional fees for wire transfers.

Q: What if manufacturing takes longer than expected?*
