SHIPPING COSTS • Free Standard Freight Shipping on all hyperbaric chambers • White Glove Delivery available for additional cost.

PROCESSING & DELIVERY • Order Processing: 2-3 business days • Tracking Information: Provided once shipment begins • Order Cutoff: 2:00 PM PST for same-day processing • Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or manufacturing requirements.

SHIPPING METHODS • All Orders: Professional freight carriers experienced with wellness equipment • White Glove Service: Professional delivery team available for additional cost.

DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS • Delivery Address: Must match billing address or be pre-authorized • Address Changes: Must be requested within 24 hours of order • Signature Required: Adult signature required for all deliveries.

INSPECTION & DAMAGES • Immediate Inspection: Check all items upon delivery • Damage Reporting: Report any damage within 24 hours with photos • Replacement Parts: Damaged components replaced free of charge • Freight Damage: Note any damage on delivery receipt before signing.
