HYPERBARIC CHAMBER RETURN POLICY

All hyperbaric chamber sales are final and non-returnable.

Due to the custom manufacturing nature, medical device classification, and significant investment involved in hyperbaric chambers, we cannot accept returns once an order has been placed and production has begun.

WHY ARE CHAMBERS NON-RETURNABLE?

• Custom Manufacturing - Most chambers are custom-manufactured to order with your selected specifications (color, features, installation options)
• Medical Device Classification - As FDA Class II medical devices, chambers cannot be resold once delivered to a customer
• Significant Investment - These are substantial professional equipment purchases that require careful consideration before ordering
• Shipping Complexity - International freight and specialized delivery make returns impractical

WHAT WE CAN DO FOR YOU

While we cannot accept returns, we stand behind our products with comprehensive support:

Technical Support & Troubleshooting
Our team provides comprehensive technical support to resolve any issues you may encounter with your chamber. Most concerns can be addressed remotely with expert guidance.

Warranty Service
All chambers come with comprehensive manufacturer warranties (2-3 years depending on model). Defects in materials or workmanship are covered under warranty terms.

On-Site Service (Available in Select Areas) For technical issues that cannot be resolved remotely, we can arrange for a qualified technician to inspect and service your chamber.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If your chamber arrives damaged or has manufacturing defects:
• Document the damage immediately with photos and videos
• Note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing
• Contact us within 24 hours at info@longevityon.com or (888)478-6505
• We will arrange repair, replacement parts, or full replacement as appropriate Shipping damage and manufacturing defects are covered - we will make it right.

 ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Pre-Production Cancellation Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placement if production has not yet begun. A cancellation fee may apply to cover administrative costs.

Post-Production Cancellation Once production begins (typically 2-3 business days after order), cancellations are not possible due to the custom manufacturing process.

• Ask questions about chamber features, dimensions, and capabilities
• Ensure you have adequate space and electrical requirements
• Understand the commitment involved in owning a hyperbaric chamber We're here to help you make an informed decision before purchasing.

WRONG ADDRESS OR DELIVERY ISSUES

• Verify your shipping address carefully before finalizing your order
• Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of order placement
• We are not responsible for delivery to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
• Reshipment fees will apply for address errors after shipping begins

FINANCING AND PAYMENT

If you financed your chamber purchase, return restrictions still apply. You remain responsible for financing payments regardless of return requests, as all sales are final.

EXCEPTIONS 

In rare circumstances involving extraordinary situations, we may consider exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. Contact our customer support team to discuss your specific situation. Final decisions rest with LongevityON management and are made at our sole discretion.
